Recognised in Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2026, Durianpay has built a profitable enterprise payments business, with plans to expand beyond Indonesia.
Indonesia’s digital payments market has grown rapidly over the past several years, bringing new operational demands for businesses processing large volumes of transactions. As transaction volumes increase, managing payments across different channels, locations, and settlement schedules becomes more complex.
Founded in 2020, ACV Capital-backed Durianpay provides payment acceptance, disbursement, settlement and reconciliation services to enterprises, upper-mid-market companies, payment service providers and financial institutions.
In 2025, Durianpay processed more than US$5.5 billion in total payment volume across QRIS, virtual accounts, e-wallets, cards, BNPL and disbursements, with QRIS and payouts accounting for the majority.
Durianpay was named to Forbes Asia’s 100 to Watch 2026 in the Finance category, alongside 99 privately held companies from across Asia Pacific.
More than 400 businesses across sectors
Durianpay serves more than 400 businesses, including GoWork, Honda, Evermos and Jiwa Group.
The company earns transaction fees from payment acceptance and payouts, with additional revenue from services such as on-demand settlement and sub-account subscriptions.
Profitable growth
Durianpay reached profitability in 2024 and recorded its first full profitable year in 2025, as payment volume and its business customer base continued to grow.
Natasha Ardiani, Durianpay’s Co-Founder and CEO, said the company has deliberately focused on larger businesses with recurring, high-frequency payment flows rather than pursuing a broad base of smaller merchants. Its customer base includes financial institutions and payment service providers, digital commerce and marketplaces, F&B and multi-outlet retail, B2B distribution, investment platforms and international businesses entering Indonesia.
Expanding beyond Indonesia
Durianpay plans to expand beyond Indonesia and introduce a stablecoin-backed service for cross-border payments.
The service would draw on Durianpay’s existing compliance, risk management and settlement infrastructure, along with its network of licensed partners. Designed for B2B and other business payments, it would use stablecoins as an intermediary settlement layer, with recipients receiving funds in local currency through licensed partners and banking networks.
