ZUZU Hospitality secures US$5.9M Series B extension to transform independent hotels in Southeast Asia

Singapore-based ZUZU Hospitality has raised US$5.9 million in a Series B-extension round, attracting both existing and new investors. The round was led by Wavemaker Growth, with participation from existing investors Velocity Ventures and Vulpes Ventures, as well as new investor Latin Leap. Prior to this extension, ZUZU had raised a total of US$28 million from investors, including ACV Capital, JG Digital Equity Ventures, Golden Gate Ventures, Goodman Capital, Line Ventures, and others.

ZUZU Hospitality operates RevMate, a revenue management and distribution platform that leverages data from over 3,000 independent hotels across Southeast Asia and India. By automating pricing and distribution strategies, the platform equips independent hotels with tools and intelligence traditionally reserved for large hotel chains.

With Southeast Asia’s hotel market highly fragmented, independent properties often lack access to meaningful benchmarking data. ZUZU’s proprietary dataset fills this gap, providing context-specific insights beyond the reach of generic hotel management systems. By training AI algorithms specifically for independent hotels in the Asia-Pacific region, ZUZU enables these properties to compete more effectively with larger chains.
